Shipping & Returns
We do our best to have all items shipped within 5 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS.
As soon as you return your item to us and it’s received into our system, we will expeditiously send a refund request to your bank. Please note that while the funds are instantly deducted from our account, some banks may take 5-7 business days to process and post these refunds to your account.
Most products sold by Hookin' Veterans qualify for free exchange or replacement within 15 days from the date your order ships. Please notify us by email to email@example.com to process your return. The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. If we do not receive your return in its original condition, a service charge may be deducted from your refund. Returns other than for exchange or replacement may be assessed a fee which will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund shipping charges.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products after 15 days from the date your order ships.
